The current website, while rich in content, poses significant challenges for users. Visitors often struggle to navigate the site and find the information they are looking for, leading to a frustrating experience.
To gain deeper insights into the user experience, we conducted an onsite analysis by engaging with members of the client's team. We asked them to share their thoughts and have a group of users navigate the website. The feedback was unanimous: Poor Navigation.
