Zamora is an innovative company specializing in high-quality wines and spirits, committed to crafting authentic and memorable experiences for its customers. With a heritage that spans over 150 years, Zamora has become a leader in the global drinks industry. Their extensive portfolio includes well-known brands that focus on tradition, quality, and craftsmanship, catering to diverse markets around the world.

Hypothesis

The current website, while rich in content, poses significant challenges for users. Visitors often struggle to navigate the site and find the information they are looking for, leading to a frustrating experience.

Analysis

To gain deeper insights into the user experience, we conducted an onsite analysis by engaging with members of the client's team. We asked them to share their thoughts and have a group of users navigate the website. The feedback was unanimous: Poor Navigation.

Solution

Proposal

We designed a modern landing page concept that received outstanding feedback. While the client was highly impressed with the proposed design, budget limitations prevented full development. In response, we adapted our approach, implementing small yet impactful modifications to the existing website, achieving significant improvements within the available resources.

Result

The redesigned Zamora website introduced captivating lifestyle imagery and subtle color-coded labels over background images, creating a visually engaging experience. With a focus on product visibility and a cleaner layout which invites users to explore, improving both navigation and overall engagement.

We initially implemented these changes on the DE sites only. Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, the company expanded the redesign across all regional websites.
